Of all the mysteries humanity had been facing for centuries, the biggest and most unknown is the mystery of where we came from. Modern science taught us we sprang out of evolution to become who we are, however, even Francis Crick – co-discoverer of the DNA code, believed that life as we know it, is far too complicated to have begun here on Earth. He resorted to a theory called “panspermia” which suggests that DNA packets float through the universe, and when these packets fall onto a planet that has liquid water, they erupt into life.
In 1973, Crick came to realize that there might be unseen forces in play in the evolution of our species, and hypothesized that life on Earth may have been seeded deliberately by other advanced civilizations. A hypothesis that has been excluded from mainstream science that could disrupt the widely accepted story of human origin.
Where did civilization begin?
When we look back into our past, Mesopotamia – sometimes referred to as “the cradle of civilization”, situated in the middle of Euphrates and Tigris rivers which is now part of Iraq, is where it all begun. Mesopotamian cities started to develop around 4,500 BCE initially in Sumer – located in southern Mesopotamia, and is the earliest known civilization recorded in human history.
The land of Sumer was divided in a handful city-states initially ruled by priests, each organized and centered around a temple called a “ziggurat”, dedicated to the worship of the “Annunaki” gods.
Who were the Annunaki?
The Sumerian history can be found in written texts and records in the form of cuneiform tablets. Reportedly, some half-million tablets have been recovered, but only a small portion of them have been translated.
Historian and writer Zecharia Sitchin, was one of the few scholars able to read and interpret the ancient Sumerian clay tablets. In his Earth Chronicles books, Sitchin theorized that the Annunaki gods – descendants from ‘An’, the sky god, and ‘Ki’ the Earth goddess, were a race of extraterrestrial beings who descended to Earth 450,000 years ago, and fashioned what we call today, modern men.
According to Sitchin’s interpretation of ancient Sumerian tablets, these extraterrestrial beings came from another planet called “Nibiru” – a.k.a Planet X or the 12th Planet, which is a planet that is said to have an elongated elliptical orbit that takes 3,600 years for it enter and exit our solar system. When Nibiru came by Earth, it exerted a very powerful gravitational electromagnetic field that caused devastation; “The Great Flood”.
The story goes that the inhabitants of Nibiru needed certain minerals found on Earth to save their threatened civilization, and so they needed gold. Their purpose was to take the gold and transform it into a monatomic form in order to seed their atmosphere against harmful solar radiation when they do their 3,600-year transit.
So, the Annunaki came to Earth looking for these resources, and they found them in large quantities in South Africa – where several ancient mining tunnels have been discovered. They tasked their crew members – called the Igigi, to become the miners. However, the Igigi grew tired of being slaves and rebelled against the Annunaki over their dissatisfaction with the working conditions.
To put an end to this rebellion, Enki – the Sumerian god of water and human culture, suggested that primitive workers (Homo Sapiens) be created by genetic engineering as slaves to replace the Igigi in the gold mines. So, the Annunaki crossed their extraterrestrial genes with those of Homo Erectus and created the first “Adam”.
How advanced were the Sumerians?
The Sumerians were known for their expertise mainly in agriculture, temple building, and writing, but also in mathematics and astronomy. In fact, it was the Sumerians who introduced the concept of “time” and divided the day from night by increments of sixty-second minutes, and sixty-minute hours, which made up the twenty-four hours day.
The Sumerian texts also present some astronomical descriptions about the Earth being the 7th planet of the solar system as the Annunaki call it, instead of the 3rd as we know it. According to Sitchin, since the Annunaki came to Earth from outside the solar system, they counted the planets from Pluto inward, which would make Earth the 7th planet in the solar system.
In the late 1960s, Maurice Chatelain, a former NASA engineer and author of the 1975 book Our Ancestors Came from Outer Space made a remarkable discovery about the Sumerians and how far they were ahead of their time. When he was looking at the Sumerian texts, Chatelain stumbled upon a large series of astronomical numbers, way beyond our modern comprehension. He found out that when these numbers are divided by 60, they represent the periods of orbit of each planet in our solar system, notated to the seconds, a knowledge speculated to have been passed by the Annunaki.
